Coaching for couples, parents & families

Strong families don’t happen by accident.

Behind most struggling relationships are two people who were never taught how. We teach the how — practical coaching for marriages, parenting and family life, in plain language and without judgement.

  • Intro call is free
  • Strictly confidential
  • Online worldwide

  • Strictly confidential

What you share stays between you and your coach. The narrow legal exceptions are explained in your first session, not buried in a policy.

  • Clear about our limits

Coaching is not therapy. Where you need clinical care we say so plainly and help you find it.

  • Online or in person

Secure video sessions anywhere in the world, or in person by appointment.

  • No one turned away for cost

We operate a sliding scale. If the fee is the obstacle, say so on the intro call.

How it works

It starts with one free conversation

No assessment, no forms, no pressure. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere better.

  1. Step 1: Book a Free Consult

Share your story in a relaxed 20-minute call and discover whether we’re the right fit.

  2. Step 2: Get Your Personal Plan

We design a customised roadmap around your goals, schedule, and family dynamics.

  3. Step 3: Meet Weekly Sessions

Online or in person — focused conversations, practical exercises, and steady progress.

  4. Step 4: Live the Transformation

Graduate with lifelong skills, a stronger bond, and a community that keeps cheering you on.

About us

Warm, practical, and honest about our limits

FamilyBonding.org is a nonprofit working with couples, parents and families. We combine evidence-informed guidance with ordinary human warmth, because the people who come to us are not case studies — they are tired, and they want something they can use tonight.

We are also clear about what we are not. Coaching is not therapy, and there are situations where it is the wrong tool. When that is true we tell you, rather than take the booking.

  • Compassionate, judgement-free coaching

Questions families ask

The things people want to know first

Still unsure? Ask us anything — a real person answers, and there is no obligation attached to a question.

How does coaching actually work?
You start with a free 20-minute intro call — no assessment, no commitment, just a conversation about what is going on and whether we are the right fit. If you decide to go ahead, your first full session maps the pattern you are stuck in. From there you and your coach agree a small number of practical things to work on, and you meet regularly to practise and adjust them.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes, with limits we will always be straight with you about. What you share stays between you and your coach, and we never use your name or story publicly without written permission. The exceptions are narrow and legally required: a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, a child or vulnerable adult at risk, or a court order. Your coach will explain these in the first session rather than bury them in a policy.
Is coaching the same as therapy or counselling?
No, and the distinction is important. Coaching is forward-looking and practical: it works on skills, decisions and patterns. Therapy treats mental health conditions and works with trauma, and it requires clinical training and regulation that coaching does not. Our coaches are not therapists and do not diagnose or treat. Where you need clinical care we will tell you plainly and help you find it.
What does it cost?
The intro call is free. After that, current rates are listed on each programme page. We operate a sliding scale and no one is turned away for cost — if the fee is the obstacle, say so on the intro call and we will work it out.

If you are in danger, you need more than coaching.

Where there is fear, control or violence in a relationship, couples work can raise the risk to you rather than lower it. There is specialist help, and it is free.
