Parenting Coaching
Raise respectful, resilient children without shouting or shaming.
Most parents already know the parent they want to be. What they need is what to do at 7pm on a Tuesday when nobody has eaten, the homework is not done and everyone is shouting. This is practical, age-specific support for building a home that is warm and firm at the same time.

Who it is for
You will recognise yourself here
None of these need to apply exactly. If one is close enough that you nodded, that is enough to start a conversation.
- Parents who find themselves shouting more than they want to
- Couples who disagree about discipline and undermine each other
- Parents of teenagers who feel shut out
- Single, blended and co-parenting families
What you work through
Inside parenting
Not a syllabus we impose — a set of themes we move between depending on what you bring.
Warm and firm, not one or the other
Children need both affection and clear limits. We help you hold boundaries without harshness, and stay kind without becoming a pushover.
Discipline that teaches
Consequences that actually change behaviour instead of just discharging your frustration — and why shaming reliably backfires.
Regulating yourself first
You cannot calm a dysregulated child while you are dysregulated. Much of this work is about what happens in you before you respond.
Getting on the same page as your co-parent
Children exploit inconsistency, and it corrodes the adults' relationship. We build one agreed approach you can both hold, including across two households.
Age-specific approaches
Toddler defiance, primary-school anxiety and teenage withdrawal are different problems. We work on the stage you are actually in.
Repairing after you lose it
Every parent does. Children are remarkably resilient when repair follows — we will show you how to do that without eroding your authority.
