Intimacy & Connection
Honest, respectful conversations about closeness — emotional and physical.
Intimacy is one of the hardest things for couples to talk about and one of the most common reasons they quietly grow apart. This is a calm, non-explicit, judgement-free space to name what has changed, understand why, and find your way back to each other.

Who it is for
You will recognise yourself here
None of these need to apply exactly. If one is close enough that you nodded, that is enough to start a conversation.
- Couples where closeness has faded and neither knows how to raise it
- Partners with different levels of desire who feel stuck or rejected
- Couples reconnecting after childbirth, illness, distance or a hard season
- Anyone who finds these conversations impossible to start
What you work through
Inside intimacy & connection
Not a syllabus we impose — a set of themes we move between depending on what you bring.
Learning to talk about it at all
Most couples have no shared vocabulary here, so every attempt turns into hurt feelings. We give you calmer language and a way to raise it that does not read as criticism.
Difference in desire, without a villain
Mismatched desire is normal and it is not a verdict on either of you. We move you off the higher-desire/lower-desire standoff and toward something you both actually want.
Emotional safety comes first
Physical closeness rarely recovers while emotional safety is missing. Usually we work on feeling safe, seen and appreciated before anything else.
Rebuilding after a hard season
New babies, bereavement, job loss, illness, long separation. We help you re-approach each other without pretending the last two years did not happen.
Faith, values and conscience
If your faith shapes how you think about intimacy, that is welcome here and we work within it. If it does not, this space is equally yours.
