The people
A married couple, working with couples
You are about to tell someone about your marriage, your children or your home. You should know exactly who that person is first — so here they are, with their training and their limits set out plainly.
Coaching is not a regulated profession in the countries we work in — anyone may use the title. That is why we publish qualifications and training, and why you should ask for them from any coach, including us.

- Both are Alumni of Rhema Bible Training College
- Both are Certified Marriage and Family Life Practitioners
- Both broadcast on Love FM Abuja on marriage, family and relationships
- Married to each other, and working with couples together
Individually
Who does what
They work with couples together, and each leads on different ground. If you know which you need, say so when you get in touch.
Pastor Lugard Anthony Imoukhuede Omiunu, Jnr.
Founder · Relationship Mentor & Family Life Practitioner
Restoring hope, strengthening families and rebuilding trust after it has been broken.
Pastor Lugard is a relationship mentor and family life practitioner whose work centres on restoring hope — to individuals, to couples, and to families who have arrived at the point of not knowing what to try next.
As a Life, Grief and Infidelity Coach he works with people navigating emotional pain, marital breakdown, bereavement and relationship crisis. His approach combines biblical wisdom with practical, evidence-informed family life principles, aimed squarely at helping people heal, rebuild trust and go on to thrive rather than merely cope.
He is the Lead Pastor of God's Masterpiece Assembly International in Gwarinpa, Abuja, where he teaches principles intended to produce personal growth, healthier marriages and purposeful living.
Through the Family Bond Wellness and Relationship Foundation he works on promoting healthy families, empowering couples, mentoring young people, supporting emotional wellness, and putting practical solutions in front of people who need them.
“Building healthy families, restoring relationships, and inspiring hope for generations.”

Pastor Esther Ikpemosi Omiunu
Education Counsellor · Sex Therapist · Marriage, Family Life & Parenting Practitioner
Helping individuals, couples and families build healthier relationships, stronger homes and more purposeful lives.
Pastor Esther is an Education Counsellor, Sex Therapist, and Certified Marriage, Family Life and Parenting Practitioner. Her work spans relationships, marriage, parenting, personal development and lifestyle — the practical realities of them rather than the theory.
She combines professional knowledge with an emphasis on responsibility, emotional maturity, healthy communication and purposeful living, and she is particularly interested in the conversations families find hardest to start.
Her years as a Radio Co-Host with Love FM in Abuja sharpened something specific and useful: the ability to talk about complex and sensitive subjects — including sexuality and intimacy — in a way that is engaging, practical and genuinely relatable rather than clinical or embarrassing.
Through counselling, education and lifestyle-focused conversation she works to create a space that is safe and respectful enough for people to learn, reflect, grow, and make healthier choices.
“Healthy individuals build healthy relationships, healthy relationships build healthy families, and healthy families build stronger communities.”

Worth saying plainly
Both are pastors. Neither will preach at you.
Pastor Lugard leads a church in Gwarinpa and both trained at a Bible college, so it would be odd not to say so on their own profiles. If your faith shapes how you understand marriage and family, that is welcome here and they will work within it.
If it does not, nothing in the approach depends on it. You will not be prayed over without asking, quoted scripture you did not invite, or treated as a project. You set that boundary in the first conversation, and you can change it at any point.
How we hold ourselves to account
Supervision, ethics and referral
The three things worth asking any coach about.
Supervision
Casework is discussed in regular supervision with identifying details removed. It is how blind spots get caught, and it is standard practice in the professions coaching borrows from.
Ethics
We do not coach people we have a personal relationship with, we do not give medical, legal or financial advice, and we do not work outside our competence.
Referral
When what you need is clinical care or specialist support, we say so and help you find it — early rather than late. Our scope of practice.
Meet them properly
The intro call is how you decide if they are right for you.
Twenty minutes, free, and if they are not the right fit they will tell you and point you somewhere better.
Not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, find it here.
